And when it comes to retained search, we're all about delivering value. Our charges, ranging from 15% to 25% of the candidate's first-year total annual compensation, are a testament to our commitment to finding you the perfect fit, no matter the position or expertise required.

Can I commit to a lesser number of hours upfront and pay for additional hours as they're incurred?

If you find yourself needing a bit more of our fantastic expertise, you can easily pay for those extra hours as you go. It's like having your cake and eating it too—flexible, convenient, and tailored just for you! During our quoting we do try to aim for the approximate number of hours you'll need us.
